Atlantean Energy Healings can be done at anytime, our phone call is just to let you know my findings, recommendations, and what came up in your reading!
Holographic Sound Healing sessions can also be done at any time but for this modality I do think it's best if you can dedicate the time to lay in a relaxed position to receive the energy. The healing will happen regardless but whenever you set aside time that's just for you a signal is sent out to the Universe and to your body that you are committed to your healing and personal transformation. These Sessions do require an initial intake call and brief post-session call.
