This Reiki-infused journey consists of seven unique sessions,
each focusing on Reiki Principles or a “Just for today” mantra to guide your thoughts and intentions.
This Reiki-infused journey consists of seven unique sessions, each focusing on Reiki Principles or a “Just for today” mantra to guide your thoughts and intentions.
You can use the meditations as you feel called.
Once a day for seven days or once daily, for a week, for seven weeks.
For best results, I would suggest listening to each meditation for seven days, then moving on to the next and repeating until you have finished the transformational journey (7 weeks)
Creating a daily practice is a crucial element of transformation.
(And the hardest thing for me in to develop on my journey to wholeness)
So I created these 6-7 minute meditations, making it easy to fit into my hectic schedule.
It is my intuition that you create your own daily practice using these short (6- 7 minute) meditations.
