This is course 3 in our Cosmic Angels Energy Care Essentials series. This class is taught by Emily Blank. She shares her skills in creating energy containment bubbles. This class is especially helpful for empaths or those interacting with the public. Learn how to contain negative energy and also create Hug bubbles to send universal love to all. In this class, you will be given techniques from a true empath on how to command your own energy field, disconnect from toxic energy while also sending out loving frequencies to those around you.
